Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage

Deep Tissue is a full body treatment that is more targeted to help reduce muscle tension and relieve chronic pain. Deep Tissue has a similar flow to Swedish Massage, but with focused and sustained pressure. Your therapist will utilize their hands and forearms, along with oil, to massage the arms, legs, feet, back, neck and head, spending more time in areas that need extra attention.
Swedish massage

Swedish massage

Swedish Massage is a luxurious, full body treatment for relaxation, holistic and therapeutic purposes. Its style is defined by 5 techniques: effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction, and vibration. A Swedish therapist utilizes their hands, along with massage oil, to apply these techniques to the arms, legs, feet, back, neck and head.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage

What is Lomi Lomi?
The Lomi Lomi massage therapist uses long, continuous, and rhythmic strokes, concentrating on encouraging the flow of energy through the body. The aim is to achieve harmony body-mind facilitating the passage of energy fluids. Working with strong, rhythmic and intense manoeuvres, each of the muscle groups. The secret is simultaneously massaging various parts of the body, as if you were creating a wave. By massaging various parts of the body at once, the brain is not able to concentrate on all of them and eventually disconnected producing deep relaxation. The brain, is carried away by this rhythmic swing.
Thai Foot Reflexology Massage

Thai Foot Reflexology Massage

A Thai foot massage applies pressure to particular areas of the soles of the feet. Hands, fingers, thumbs, knuckles and a rounded wooden Thai foot massage stick are used to stimulate certain areas of the feet, releasing blocked energy within the body's many SENS lines (Thai-based meridians).

How does Thai reflexology differ from traditional reflexology? Traditional reflexology is an energy treatment that is performed just on the feet, whereas Thai foot massage combines the energy healing benefits of reflexology with therapeutic massage by incorporating the entire lower leg, knee and foot in the treatment.
